Surrender Form

We are sorry you have made the decision to surrender your family pet.  Giving up a member of your family is a difficult decision.  Filling out our surrender for by no means guarantees we will accept your bulldog into our rescue.  Surrenders are taken in pending our best efforts to find a foster.  We are a foster based rescue with no facility for housing bulldogs long term.  We will do our best to accommodate you and your French or English bulldog, we do not take in pit bulls or pitty mixes.  Thank you for your understanding.
